Refund & Returns Policy

At BurnBeam every J Lamp is checked before it leaves us, and we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. 

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched, provided this is within 30 days of the order being placed. Email burnbeam@outlook.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled or refunded on a change-of-mind basis.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your J Lamp arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, we will put it right.

  • Email burnbeam@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • If we confirm the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund and we will cover return shipping.
  • We may refer to carrier tracking and delivery-confirmation data when reviewing claims, so please report any issue promptly.

Before reporting a fault, please check that the LED bulb is pushed firmly into its socket and that the switch on the cable is flipped on. Bulbs can work loose in transit, and this resolves the majority of lamps that appear not to light.

What Is Not Covered

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on orders that have already been dispatched. We are also unable to refund items damaged through misuse or accident, or orders where an incorrect delivery address was supplied at checkout.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may then take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If an approved refund has not appeared after 5 business days, email us and we will investigate.
