Refund & Returns Policy

At BurnBeam we stand behind our products and want every customer to be happy. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your J Lamp for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked.

To start a return, email burnbeam@outlook.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

  • Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to see they're complete and undamaged.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs on non-faulty returns. We cover return shipping where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for an item we do not receive.

Cancelling an Order

If your order hasn't dispatched yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once dispatched, treat it as a return under the 30-day guarantee above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, you're entitled to a remedy.

  • Contact burnbeam@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If we confirm the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, and we'll cover return shipping.
  • We may refer to carrier tracking and delivery-confirmation data when reviewing claims, so please report any issue promptly.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll email to confirm and process your refund to the original payment method. It may then take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If an approved refund hasn't appeared after 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate.
