This website is operated by BurnBeam. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BurnBeam. We offer this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 — ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

BurnBeam products are held in stock and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • Your order is dispatched within 5 business days of purchase, usually sooner. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and timelines may occasionally extend due to shipping factors outside our control.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
  • We will notify you of any significant delay.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected (see Section 11).

SECTION 3 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 4 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. As our products are made to order and partly hand-finished, slight variations between the photographs and the final item may occur.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, payment card, or billing/shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control, provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us; we are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Please review the third party's policies before engaging in any transaction.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials ("comments"), you agree we may use them in any medium without restriction or compensation, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for due to such an error, we will issue a full refund.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed; this shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use our site. If we suspect you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

SECTION 18 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, and any policies posted by us on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
